Walking on the edge..

I walk on the edge...
Where the land meets the sea...

I look over the horizon and realize...
That the world is much bigger then what its to me...

As I continue to walk...
I could feel the union at my feet...

Neither they mix with each other...
Nor could they stay away...

Its strange that its the same...
Since the start of the time...

Could feel the bond between the two...
Complex it is still they continue to be the same...

The sea doesn't consume the land....
On the other hand even the land doesn't absorbs the sea...

If either of the one advances towards the other...
There would be no heaven on earth...

And just to keep this intact...
Over the edge their love continues to grow...

They used to cast shadows with reference to the sun's position as it moved from East to West. Later when civilizations advanced mechanical clocks replaced the sundials.
