The Fusion Kitchen

Finally there is some trendy place in Borivali for a Foodie. It was my first experience here in ‘The Fusion Kitchen’ and can't wait to come back with my friends!

Beverage:
Kiwi Kiss - A tangy & sweet mix of Pineapple, Orange & Kiwi.

Pineapple Mojito – It’s a refreshing drink indeed. Pineapple & mint is really a good combo. There are various other flavours too in Mojito for my next time.

Food:
Joojeh Kebab - The chicken was soft & fresh. Taste goes with what they have described in the menu. You can actually rely on menu!

Las Verduras aji Verde – It’s a veg. sizzler. I really loved the bell pepper rice. The aroma & its distinct taste are simply amazing. Potato cheese cutlet was complimenting it.

Gallo Pinto - A non-veg. dish. The highlighting part for me was the grilled chicken breast. It was filling & tasty.

Aphrodite - Who said Pizza's are unhealthy! This mouth watering pizza is made of spinach flavoured lush green dough. It was thin, crunchy and full of cheese & with of course the toppings.

Dessert:

Flower Pot - Here I was astonished by the innovation, creativity & the flower pot itself. You read it right! You literally get a flower pot to eat. A layering of vanilla ice cream, cake & Oreo cookies is what makes it delicious. It’s a yummy way to conclude dinner.

Service:
Courteous with a right amount of enthusiasm. If it's your first visit go with their suggestions. Trust me you'll leave with a satisfied tongue & tummy. :D

Ambience:
Trendy is the word. The soft music in background adds up to the taste. The arrangement of tables is different which suits all kinds of crowd – family, friends & couple. I loved the way it is.

Room for Improvement:
Nothing! Please be the way you are. I would love to visit such relaxing place in Borivali again & again. Keep innovating!

Success is relative

Time is relative. This is what Albert Einstein determined in his Theory of Relativity. To explain you this in simple words as I recollect from my school days I'd say if you are spending time with your loved ones then one hour spent with them would feel like few minutes but if you put your hand on a hot pan for few seconds it would feel like minutes. Considering you understood my example I'd like to take it further and relate it to a very important aspect of our lives. Success What is success? Is it money, social status, traveling around the world, having a relationship or starting a family, commencing your own business or getting a job? Well as I see it success is anything which you dreamt of and worked hard for and achieved it. It can be as simple as getting up in the morning or sleeping on time in the night. It can be getting your driving license or buying a car. It can be spending a quality time with your family or buying a home for them. Is success time bound?

#EverWonderedWhy clock's hands move clockwise?

One of the everyday thing which we use all around the world is a clock. It has become such an integral part of our lives that neither the day starts nor the night ends without it. But have you #EverWonderedWhy clock's hands move clockwise? i.e.: From left to right. Why is it not the other way round? The answer to our curiosity lies in sundials and in which Earth's hemisphere the clock was invented in. Sundials was an earlier mechanism which were used to keep the track of time. They used to cast shadows with reference to the sun's position as it moved from East to West. Later when civilizations advanced mechanical clocks replaced the sundials. But even though they replaced them, the mechanical clocks where calibrated to match the speed of the movement of shadow of the sundials and also its direction of movement.
