Stillness...

There is so much to say...
So many things going on within...

Words are less..
And I'm lost within...

I think why there is life...
Why I feel my own breath so different...

I try to find out why I exist...
And all that I found is; I've lost my judgement...

Why is it I come back to this point again and again...
Why is it that I feel so lonely every time...

I stay here for few moments...
But it seems to be very long time...

I could feel the silence around me...
I could sense the stillness..

This feelings are true within...
And are ageless...

I know I will get back to life as if nothing happened...
I will start a new morning with a new freshness...

But someday once again I'll be back to the same place...
Where even after having everything I'll feel this stillness...

The answer to our curiosity lies in sundials and in which Earth's hemisphere the clock was invented in. Sundials was an earlier mechanism which were used to keep the track of time. They used to cast shadows with reference to the sun's position as it moved from East to West. Later when civilizations advanced mechanical clocks replaced the sundials. But even though they replaced them, the mechanical clocks where calibrated to match the speed of the movement of shadow of the sundials and also its direction of movement.
